Scouting is one of the most important areas of AIM F\u00fatbol and involves discovering talent and new players in both grassroots and professional football leagues.<\/p>\n

Our scouting team believes that the technical quality of a candidate is just one of the requirements to becoming a professional player. Our recruitment program also considers other variables (such as family environment) to fully understand our clients\u2019 needs and identify strengths and possible weaknesses that need to be improved.<\/p>\n

The second stage of the program includes analysis and personalized monitoring of each player to build on their skills, reinforce their strengths and work on their weaknesses.<\/p>\n

AIM has an exceptional scouting team with involvement in several championships, allowing us to explore and recognize talent.
